I need to add a new Authorized Contact. What do I need to do?
We require a written request for any New Authorized Contacts you would like to add. Please email your Client Success Specialist with the new contact's Full name, Job Title, Phone Number, Email Address and what level of access to isolved they should have. Your CSS will create their isolved login and an activation email will be sent directly to them to setup their password and security question.
At Whirks, we take the security of your company's and employees' sensitive data very seriously. Our team will only speak independently with the people you have specified to be an "Authorized Contact." This person should have your permission to speak with our team about all employee and payroll related matters (such as pay rates, SSNs, and bank account information). If this person should not have that level of authority, please talk with your CSS about what other permissions may be more appropriate.
Here's how to get a new Authorized Contact added to your company in isolved:
-
Send an email to your Client Success Specialist with the following information:
-
First and Last Name
-
Job Title
-
Email Address
-
Phone number
-
Level of access they should have (for example, "All" or "same as mine," or "Reporting access only," etc.).
-
-
Once your CSS has created their isolved account, the new contact will receive an automated email to create their password and security question.
What Else Should I Know?
- If we receive a request from an individual not designated as an Authorized Contact, we will redirect them to your company's Primary Contact, who can assist in resolving the issue. This policy from Whirks is in place to safeguard your employees' information and ensure it is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals.
-
Another critical step in ensuring the security of your company's and employees' information is to make sure to notify Whirks when a person with a Client User (admin) account leaves your company. These logins will stay active indefinitely unless deactivated by your CSS, so please be sure to reach out promptly!
