Where can I find reports for my Workers Comp Audit?
The most common payroll reports required for a workers’ comp audit are the Periodic Payroll Register, which provides the detailed breakdown of wage data for a specified date range, and the Federal Quarterly 941 Tax and State Quarterly Wage & Tax Returns. These reports are readily available in your isolved Admin User account. The Periodic Payroll Register can be generated under REPORTING > Client Reports. The audit period dates will be used as the From/To Dates for generating the report. Those dates should be indicated on the workers’ comp audit notice or can be obtained from your broker. The Federal Quarterly 941 Tax Returns and State Quarterly Wage & Tax Returns are archived under REPORTING > Return Archive. Select the appropriate Year, Period, and “ALL” Federal/State returns from the drop-down menus and click ‘Filter.’ Returns can be viewed/dowloaded separately by clicking the blue "View Report" link on the right, or as a single pdf by checking all applicable boxes to the left of the return listings, then clicking "View Selected Forms" button at the top.
